  • Vanilla ice cream

In general, a cookies and cream shake sounds like a recipe for blood sugar disaster. As delicious as these treats can be, an hour or so after you indulge in a creamy beverage like this, you either feel totally drained of energy or you’re craving sugar like a fiend.

But you won’t find any of that drama here. This shake contains 34 grams of satiating fat, and only five net carbs. And since fat is absorbed more slowly than other macronutrients, you’ll not only avoid cravings — you’ll feel fuller longer[*].

This cookies n’ cream shake is basically a keto oreo milkshake. Remember those? So grab your blender and ingredients, and let’s take a trip down memory lane.

If you haven’t already, prep your keto ice cream according to the recipe. Or if you want to make things really easy, buy some store-bought sugar-free ice cream — but make sure the macros are keto-friendly!

Add two scoops vanilla ice cream (or more) to your blender, along with your milk of choice and the collagen. 

Blend ingredients together on high until well combined.

Next, add in your Perfect Keto Double Chocolate Cookies and pulse to mix them in evenly. 

Finally, pour your shake into a tall glass and enjoy.

Ingredients

1 batch Keto Ice Cream

1 scoop Keto Vanilla Collagen

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or whole milk)

12 packs Perfect Keto Double Chocolate Cookies

Instructions

  1. Prep the keto ice cream according to the recipe.
  2. Add all ingredients, except cookies, to a high-speed blender, blending on high until combined.
  3. Add cookies and pulse enough to mix.
  4. Pour and enjoy!

Notes

the shake leftovers will keep well in the freezer. Just add to a glass jar (filled ¾ of the way) and save for later.
